 EASY-B  This is the original-indoor flyer that got so many people interested in the indoor flying competitions that have now become a world-wide event. Large to scale blueprints in Japanese and English provided with cardboard jigs. These models are for experienced builders.

Penny Plane
 PENNY PLANE  This model has a dihedral-wing angle that provides more loft. A little tougher to build but the outcome is worth it. Poetry in motion. A large indoor area is needed to fly any of these models. Outdoor flights are possible only on very calm mornings.
 
PENNY PLANE Approximately 17 3/4" long with a wing span of 18" max. Weight 3.5 to 4 grams.

Free Flight is an rewarding hobby. It teaches patience and persistence. It involves ingenuity and creativity.  In Free Flight, once the model has been launched, and the rubber motor unwound, the plane has a mind of it's own over which you have no control. Magic takes over and you will at times think a little Leprechaun must have taken over the steering of your creation.

Your will balance your model plane, then the sheer film will be applied with care, and you will hardly be able to wait for the glue to dry before you have your first flight. This is part of the excitement and challenge of Free Flight.  It teaches mathematics, science, engineering, and craftmanship skills.  And best of all, God willing, it'll get your son away from Playstation and Gameboy . . . at least for a short time.
