 PENNY PLANE  This model has a dihedral-wing angle that provides more loft. A little tougher to build but the outcome is worth it. Poetry in motion. A large indoor area is needed to fly any of these models. Outdoor flights are possible only on very calm mornings.

Free Flight is an rewarding hobby. It teaches patience and persistence. Magic takes over and you will at times think a little Leprechaun must have taken over the steering of your creation.

Your will balance your model plane, then the sheer film will be applied with care, and you will hardly be able to wait for the glue to dry before you have your first flight. This is part of the excitement and challenge of Free Flight.  It teaches mathematics, science, engineering, and craftmanship skills.  And best of all, God willing, it'll get your son away from Xbox and Gameboy . . . at least for a short time.
